You’ve lived in your body all these years, you know your body best. You know when something feels right to you. You also know when something feels wrong to you. You can trust your body will not lead you astray.
And if you don’t yet believe that you can trust your body, then all you have to do is change your mind. It too is a practice so the more you listen to your body and act on what it’s telling you, the more you’ll come to trust what your body is telling you.

Your body is designed to give you cues. Your body will tell you when it’s hungry and needs food. Your body will also tell you when it’s comfortably full and you need to stop eating.

4. To lose weight by eating intuitively, act on your body cues
All you have to do is eat only when you’re hungry. Then you need to stop when you’re comfortably full. You can eat whatever you want, except things you’re allergic to or you’ve been told to avoid for other medical reasons. Otherwise, no foods are off-limits. This one’s a practice too so cut yourself some slack and know that you’ll get better at it the more you do it.
