This is the one mantra that led me to healthy eating and healed my relationship with food.

A mantra is just a word or phrase that you repeat over and over (either out loud or thinking about) until it becomes a belief that guides you.

That’s especially important because you will always (always, always) live out what you believe.

I want you to remember that short phrase – food will not fix it – always.

I want that to be a mantra that plays in your head always and that you say out loud to yourself every time you reach for food when you’re not hungry or when you find yourself eating beyond full.

That simple phrase will change your life and your relationship with food, I assure you. I still say that to myself and I’ve been doing this for twelve years.

Turns out, the best way to lose weight was to find out what works for me and do that.

  • I’ve lost 160+ pounds naturally by simply trusting myself and listening to my intuition (mindful eating and eating intuitively).
  • I have maintained that weight loss for 10 years and counting by trusting myself and listening to my intuition (mindful eating and eating intuitively).
  • I no longer have any eating disorders, including bulimia (bulimia nervosa) and binge eating disorder (compulsive overeating).
  • I no longer have a fear of food.
