The tip is this: Make sure you eat only what tastes good.Ā
Itās really important that you serve yourself whatever foods that your body is craving (except those you need to avoid for medical and/or other reasons).Ā
If you find that the food is somehow not delicious, then do yourself a kindness and donāt eat it. Pick something else onĀ your plate to eat or order/serve/make yourself something else.Ā
Only eat foods that are tasty and enjoyable to you.
